HAULOTTE has released the Star 6 battery-electric vertical mast stock picker for fast-moving warehouse operations.
According to the company, the unit can be used in very small aisles. It has a working height of six metres, a platform height of four metres, and 0.76m width. It has a stowed height of 1.65m.
The adjustable stock-picking tray has 90kg capacity. A built-in OH&S feature prevents the machine from moving or lifting any further if the tray’s capacity is reached.
Other safety features include 'barn style' doors to access the operator work platform and non-slip steps.
The manufacturer claims the machine is operational to full height, with a multi function control joystick for full machine operation.
The stock picker includes a 24V electric drive systems, 24V traction battery, two drive speeds with a maximum of 5km/h, and a turning radius of 0.78m.
