ADM Packaging has released the ADM-X240 bagging machine from Panasonic, offering quality program control and investment security.
The ADM-X240 is custom-built as a standard bagger to ADM specifications.
The machine is upgradeable from a standard model to a special purpose machine, and upgrades can include a zipper interface, four edge seal, and valve application.
A Panasonic servo motor is used to control the film pull for precision film feed and managed motion control. A Panasonic servo motor is also used to drive the end seal on the ADMX-240 for better motion control and bag sealing results over pneumatics.
The ADMX-240 contains a motorised rear carriage and adjustment for film positioning to reduce setup time during changeover.
The ADM-X240 is constructed in stainless steel and it suitable for use in the food industry, with speeds up to 100 bags a minute.
