FANQUIP says the power generation industry has focused too much on foreign solutions, when it can provide local turnkey cooling fitouts to power stations.
According to Fanquip, many Australian power station operators by default source cooling equipment and expertise from abroad. This approach is said to be costly and solutions tend to be designed for climatic conditions which are different from Australia’s.
Fanquip says Australia’s power stations operate in unique geographic and climatic environments, which are not fully understood by international engineers and component manufacturers.
Fanquip claims it can offer the necessary expertise and equipment for cooling requirements at power stations. Additionally, product turnaround is faster, and closer engineering consultation is possible.
