TECHRENTALS has introduced long term rental service to its test and measurement rental business, with special rates for rentals of 3 months or longer.
According to the company, it provides equipment with a current calibration certificate and a quality certificate to ISO9001 standards. Equipment can be rented at short notice for urgent needs.
The rental company says it recognised a need by customers who require test and measurement equipment at different stages of a project. Traditionally, these clients had to hire the required equipment when needed, or purchase the instruments outright.
The long term option allows the client to use the required units for 12 months with savings of around 50% of the purchase price. The firm claims this allows the customer to have the equipment always available on-site during longer projects.
TechRentals will cover the calibration and certification, and in the event of equipment malfunction, will exchange the faulty unit with another.
