COMPAIR has released the L07-L11 range of oil-lubricated screw compressors, suited for smaller production processes requiring constant supplies of air.
According to the company, it designed the machines with as many components integrated into the air end as possible. The resulting compressors have three hoses and fewer separate parts to maintain.
The design is also said to offer easy access for faster routine maintenance.
The screw compressors also feature the Delcos Pro Controller which provides management features from simple levels of control to in-depth control of parameters such as error logs, interface to external devices and software upgrades.
The manufacturer says the product range is offered with its extended warranty programme, which is based on the number of compressor operating hours, for up to 24,000 hours per machine.
The air-cooled compressors are available as standalone machines or fully integrated AirStations, offering pressures of 7.5, 10 and 13bar. When installed as an AirStation, the separate components are mounted on to the receiver, to reduce installation costs.
