OZ Seals has developed a range of super polymer seals said to outlast conventional polymer seals by five to ten times, and reduce leakage.
The seals, developed for durability in the mining industry, includes Doppel, Quattro, Crown and Oz Jack seals. They can be used in excavators, drilling, loaders, lift cylinders and arms.
Oz Seals claims the super polymer seals are designed to outlast the equipment they protect. They are constructed from high performance raw materials, impregnated with three special lubricants and super polymers.
The seals are said to lower maintenance costs and increase productivity by reducing the frequency of seal changes. They are operational in temperatures from -40 to 120°C and have a shelf life of around 30 years.
Oz Seals new seals range comes in a standard range of profiles in both metric and imperial units, with special profiles up to 2100mm OD possible.
