Eximo has released ClearFlex, a lightweight and flexible PVC ducting with a high bend radius that can be used in suctioning air, fumes, and light dusts.
Supplied in 10 metre rolls or cut lengths to order, ClearFlex is made from a spring steel helix to assist maintaining its shape under pressure and is available in a bend radii ranging from 16 mm to 350 mm and from a 1 mm wire thickness to a 2 mm wire thickness.
The PVC joins are comprised of two PVC strips that have been heat-welded together, giving a double-thickness structure designed to provide maximum strength and flexibility.
The industries where ClearFlex would find most uses are the agricultural, food, chemical, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, electronics, and winemaking sectors.
