Kyocera Mita introduced the FS-1128MFP and FS-1028MFP, 28-page per minute multifunctional printers (MFPs).
The FS-1028MFP includes standard network printing, copying, and colour scanning capabilities; while the FS-1128MFP also includes fax capabilities.
They also support a variety of network and device-management tools, including KMnet Admin and KMnet Viewer. Direct print capability and a front-loading USB host interface provide print-from and scan-to capabilities in PDF, TIFF, and XPS file formats.
Standard network printing includes a PowerPC440/667 MHz processor and 1200 dpi print resolution.
The printers come with a standard 50-sheet reverse automatic document processor that can scan up to 35 images per minute, as well as standard scanning destinations, including Scan-to-E-mail, Scan-to-PC, Scan-to-FTP, Scan-to-USB, and TWAIN scanning, with resolutions ranging from 200-600 dpi.
They are also embedded with security technologies that support IPsec and IPv6, as well as include a security watermark to help deter unauthorised reproduction of documents.
