KURT Workholding is celebrating the 50th anniversary of its AngLock vice and other industrial products.
According to Kurt Workholding, it started with the single D60 AngLock vice, which provided workholding accuracy and repeatability for the automated, high speed CNC controlled machines.
From then on, Kurt Workholding developed various exclusive vice and workholding designs, and now its range include CNC vices, five-axis vices, rotary table workholding equipment, MultiChuck MMY static milling chucks, DockLock zero point clamping systems, and a full line of tombstones for achieving maximum high density workholding.
Kurt says its vices and workholding devices are machined out of ductile iron, and are covered by a Lifetime Ironclad Warrantee.
Looking forward to the next 50 years, Kurt says it will have a bright future, as machinists and engineers continue to upgrade their workholding equipment through continuous improvement programs.
