DWYER Instruments has released the AFH2 air flow hood designed to measure volumetric air flow from diffusers, grilles and registers.
According to the company, the hood maintains a running average of measurements in the desired engineering units. It is suited for HVAC balancing professionals.
The manufacturer says the manometer mounts to the hood with a magnetic back-plate, and has an auto-zero feature.
Users can manually record measurements with the digital manometer on a given time period, and break down the product quickly without tools. The unit then stores in an included travel case.
