ASTRO-MED, distributed in Australia by Metromatics, has introduced the TMX high speed data acquisition system.
The system features 96 channels of data recording, and a one TB hard drive dedicated solely to data capture means data can be recorded for months in one single file.
According to the manufacturer, the product means information which would typically take hours to extract can now be made available in minutes or in real-time.
The system features the company’s LookBack and QuickReview technology, enabling instant review of several gigabytes of data during ongoing long-term data capture.
Embedded scope capture and intelligent triggering capabilities are said to preserve hard drive space while minimising archive time.
The data acquisition system accepts a variety of inputs, including voltage, thermocouple, DC Bridge, video, audio, IRIG, GPS and MIL-1553. These inputs are fully synchronised to eliminate latency.
