HENKEL says its Loctite Instant Adhesives line now has faster and more consistent cure times, greater surface versatility, tougher performance and improved shelf life.
The Loctite Instant Adhesives range of products is designed to bond plastics, elastomers and metals.
Henkel says the adhesives have excellent resistance in humid and/or chemical environments.
They allow high speed assembly, with very fast fixture speed, eliminating the need for accelerators.
However, Henkel also offers a range of primers and accelerators to increase adhesion on difficult-to-bond substrates and to increase cure speeds. It also provides a line of semi- and fully automated dispensing and curing equipment to optimize processes.
