  • Published: 08/09/2009

Sellick, represented in Australia by Flexilift, announced unveiled its rough terrain and truck mounted forklifts.

The models range in lifting capacities from 2.2 tonne to the S160 Series 7.2 tonne unit.

The Sellick S160 Series uses a DieselMax 444, EPA-compliant Tier III, low-emission, intercooled, turbocharged, 114 horespower diesel engine.

The four-wheel drive and steer truck has a three-speed fully automatic powershift transmission and Hi-visibility SEE-THRU mast assemblies

Maneuverability and control is aided by a five-degree frame leveling for additional stability and ease of load placement on uneven ground.

The operator’s compartment, which meets or exceeds the ANSI B56.6 standard, provides easy-to-see instrumentation and ergonomically designed controls for increased operator efficiency and safety.

Among the features of the S160 are Trunnion-mounted planetary axles with internal hydraulic disc brakes and integral steer cylinders; frame leveling; integral fail to safety park brake, dual-element air filter; fuel/water separator with hand primer; vertical exhaust; and load-sense power steering.
