SAGE has released Accpac ERP version 5.5 in Australia and New Zealand, with improved workflow management and increased transparency for customers.
This latest release is part of the company’s re-organisation of its ERP solutions.
Previously separate functionalities including additional languages, general ledger security, inquiry features, and lot-tracking with serialised inventory have been incorporated into the product’s core modules.
The product now comes bundled with Sage CRM v6.1, a CRM solution comprising sales, marketing and customer service automation.
Analytical dashboards built into Accpac 5.5 provide accessible snapshots of business performance to help managers analyse, predict, and troubleshoot across the organisation.
Key performance indicators, such as age of receivables/payables and sales analysis are now available, automatically generating alerts that can be turned into actions for staff, improving workflow.
