Beijer Electronics, represented in Australia by Global Automation Asia Pacific, announced iX, an HMI solution that enables users to create and operate applications.
Supporting Microsoft’s .NET framework, iX enables HMI novices to benefit from the openness it allows to communicate with all PLCs.
Necessary functions are pre-programmed and need only be integrated and configured into a Windows environment while HMIs ranging from the most simple to the most complex can be quickly programmed.
Advanced graphics are also possible, as iX enables integration of a range of graphic objects.
The solution features Windows-standard components to provide users with HMI in a familiar format.
Service material can be accessed via the HMI while expanding the visual potential of instructional documents, and HMI can access and be accessed via the Internet.
WPF vector-based graphics enable control, design, and development of user interfaces.
