ATLAS Copco has released the light and compact Tensor Revo nutrunner with increased bolting speeds of up to 395rpm.
According to Atlas Copco, the most powerful unit in the Tensor Revo range the ETP ST10, provides 1000Nm of torque while weighing only 6.1kg.
The Tensor Revo nutrunners have a swivelling front gear so the user can move the reaction bar through 360°. They have built-in transducers and angle encoders for accurate controls of torque and angle.
The nutrunners have LEDs and a clear display for instant operator feedback on the result of each tightening.
The tool also collects tightening data for process improvement and traceability, and offers error-proofing using the Power Focus 4000 controller and standard plug-in modules.
