OLIVER Footwear has merged with King’s Safetywear Group, an international group of safety footwear manufacturers headquartered in Singapore.

According to Oliver Footwear, this merger will enhance its position in the Australian safety footwear market. It will aggregate Oliver’s sales with those of the KSW Group Australian business, for a greater relative market share lead.

Oliver Footwear has assured distributors of “business as usual”, with no change in the supply of products.

Oliver Footwear claims the merger will see its products sold through KSW Group in Asia, Middle East and Europe.
