DATATAKER will display the dataTaker DT85 Series two data logger on Stand 3906 at National Manufacturing Week 2008.

The unit can be expanded using Channel Expansion Modules (CEMs) to enable a single data logger to monitor up to 600 isolated inputs.

The DT85 and DT80 models include USB memory stick support, Modbus for SCADA, Ethernet, WEB, FTP and multiple SDI-12 sensor networks.

Dual channel technology allows the DT85 up to 32 isolated or 48 common referenced analogue inputs.

Adding CEMs allows an additional 20 channels to be added to the logger, effectively providing up to 600 isolated inputs.

The DT85 connects to most sensors and includes high-speed counter inputs, phase encoders inputs and programmable serial sensor channels.

Temperature, voltage, current, 4 mA to 20mA loops, resistance, bridges, strain gauges, frequency, digital, serial and calculated measurements can all be scaled, logged, and returned in engineering units or within statistical reporting.

Smart sensors, GPS, PLCs, and other devices are supported with two serial sensor ports (RS232 or RS422/485), with an optional CANgate interface available for CAN bus applications.
