CHEP Pallets agent, Keep It Simple Systems, says it is moving to a site at the western end of Sydney’s Bankstown Airport at the end of 2010.
The company will enter a ten year lease for a new tailor-built 7000m² facility, in a move which will allow it to attract and leverage industry and aviation businesses to the airport precinct.
The pallet agent says it decided to move from its current location at St Peters due to costs, and access issues to major arterial roads. The streamlined approval processes also agreed with the company’s tight time-line for the move.
Augusta Properties will manage the construction of the new KISS facility, which will start in June, with completion due prior to the end of the year.
