MONADELPHOUS is moving to a new Perth office, a six-storey building located at 59 Albany Highway, Victoria Park.
According to Monadelphous, the new premises will support its strategic vision and long-term projected growth for its core markets and new activities.
The new office will consolidate more than 450 Perth-based Monadelphous employees from various dispersed premises.
Monadelphous claims the new building has been designed in accordance with sustainability principles and Green Star criteria. This includes efficient waste and recycling management and building features which minimise operational energy consumption and greenhouse gas emissions.
