Digga Australia acquires Universal Auguers Australia

DIGGA Australia has acquired the Australian arm of Universal Augers International.

Universal Augers Australia manufactures drilling tools and accessories for the foundation, utility, and agricultural sectors.

Digga is the largest Australian manufacturer and exporter of gearboxes and machinery attachments such as auger drives, trenchers, augers, brooms and wear parts. It produces a range of compact high torque planetary drives for the drilling, anchoring and attachment industry.

The Universal products will be coupled with Digga’s I-Drive and compact high torque drives. The company will be merged into Digga’s 12,500 square metre facility in Brisbane.
