JL LENNARD has introduced the VersaWeigh 300 Checkweigher for a range of food and pharmaceutical industry applications.
The machines are adaptable, serving a broad range of checkweighing applications from lightweight packages to packs up to 10 kg.
The machines operate on Microsoft Windows XP with large, easy to read, colour touch screen operation, and configurable security settings.
The modular machines allow for upgrades without substantial reinvestment.
The design allows routine cleaning to be accomplished quickly and flat surfaces are avoided to reduce the risk of product build-up.
Most repairs can be completed within 30 minutes, and no tools are required for belt replacement or replacement of most electronic modules.
High-torque sealed brushless DC motors, stainless steel frame and electronics enclosure, and conveyor beds provide trouble-free operation with minimal maintenance.
The machines range in package weight capacity from 1.5 kg to 10 kg, belt width from 100 mm to 300 mm, and motor power rating from 100 W to 400 W.
