M RUTTY & Co. presents the Portescap 35 mm GLT2R82 Brushed Ironless DC Motors, with a carbon brush commutation method.

The method delivers long life and operational efficiency in high volume manufacturing applications.

Unlike the axial spring commutation configuration common to most brush DC motors, 35 mm GLT2R82 Brushed Ironless DC Motors offer a rotational spring that delivers constant spring force, which extends brush life and minimises motor sensitivity to vibration shocks.

The commutation method, coupled with a metallic front end and optional integrated EMC filter, make 35 mm Brushed Ironless DC Motors suited to rugged operation in semiconductor wafer handling and metrology, and industrial equipment applications.

Their optimised power to size ratio is suitable for power hand-tool applications where the weight of the hand tool impacts operator comfort and efficiency.

Three power motors with 150 Watts are available with 24, 48, and 90 V, each at variable output speeds of around 6,000 rpm.

The GLTcombined with the R40 Planetary Gearhead will provide you with unsurpassed power.
