CBC Bearings and Power Transmission has launched the AZIMA DLI Condition Monitoring technical service.
CBC Bearings and Power Transmission has launched the AZIMA DLI Condition Monitoring technical service.

According to CBC, the Azima DLI WATCHMAN Reliability package uses web based analysis reports which show the health of machines and then recommends corrective action based on the degree of urgency.

CBC claims the WATCHMAN Analysis service is a completely outsourced machine condition monitoring solution. Under the service, a CBC specialist will establish a plant and machine database and make on-site visits to collect information such as vibration and other machine dynamic data.

This data is then posted on the WATCHMAN Reliability Portal and analysed remotely by Azima DLI experts. Customers can also use the web interface to access results and alerts regarding machinery condition.

CBC says the analysis report format provides easy-to-interpret fault diagnosis, fault severity, action priorities, and includes specialist assessment and recommendations for each machine.

The WATCHMAN Remote service can be used to provide 24/7 surveillance for process-critical machines, or machines in unmanned or hazardous installations.
